Please note
Our gardening club at Tam O'Shanter Urban Farm in Birkenhead is a gentle, hands-on afternoon of planting, potting and pottering, indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. It's a sociable, relaxed way to spend time for people living with dementia and their carers, with no experience needed. Do as much or as little as you like. Free, and no need to book.
