Leave a lasting gift
A gift in your will, large or small, helps us fund sessions, support carers, and be here for local people facing dementia. Your legacy can ensure friendship and support live on for future generations.

A legacy gift is a lasting act of kindness. It could help us keep Musical Minds going, bring memory cafés to new places, or help families find friendship when they need it most.
Three ways to give
Choose what suits you best
Leave a percentage
A residuary gift keeps its value as your estate grows over time.
Leave a fixed amount
Any amount helps, whether it's £1,000 or £100,000.
Donate in memory
Honour someone special and continue their story.
Four simple steps to make your gift
Making a gift in your will takes just a few conversations. We've laid out each step so you know what to expect, and we're here if you want to talk things through at any point.
Decide your gift
Think about what matters to you: a percentage of your estate, a fixed amount, or a gift in memory of someone special. There's no pressure and no minimum.
Speak to your solicitor
Tell them you'd like to include Dementia Together Wirral (charity no. 1179533) in your will. They'll handle the legal side and make sure everything is in order.
Use suggested wording
Ask your solicitor to include this: "I leave [percentage/fixed amount] to Dementia Together Wirral (registered charity number 1179533), Commerce House, Campbeltown Road, Birkenhead CH41 9HP, to be used for its general charitable purposes."
