Friendship and social support
We run free sessions at 20 locations across the Wirral, from West Kirby, Hoylake and Meols to New Brighton, Wallasey, Birkenhead, Upton, Pensby, Heswall, Spital and New Ferry, and into Neston and Ellesmere Port. Every group is open to people living with dementia and their carers, and you need no referral or diagnosis letter. Carers are always welcome at every session.

Our regular sessions
A warm, welcoming space where people living with dementia and their carers meet for tea, chat, and company. No agenda, just friendship.
Memory cafés
Relaxed, friendly drop-ins with tea, activities and good company. No referral or diagnosis needed, just come along.

Musical Minds
Our flagship programme. Live music and singing that brings people together and lifts the mood. No experience needed.

Singing groups
Familiar songs from every decade, sung together. Some sing full voice, some hum along. No experience needed.

Activity sessions
Gardening Together at Tam O'Shanter Urban Farm, Baking Together at Manor House in Beechwood, Bowling Together from April to September, and Walking for the Mind at Arrowe Park.

Gardening Together
Sowing and caring for plants at Tam O'Shanter Urban Farm through the summer. In autumn we hope to move indoors to the farm's heated community room for crafts.
