Coach and narrowboat trips, funded before the season began, and still free to Friends.
Our coach and narrowboat trips remain among the most popular things we do, and despite rising costs we are still able to provide them, with lunch, free of charge to our Friends.
This year every trip is funded before it runs.
Our 2026 coach and narrowboat trips are paid for through our successful 2025 Big Give Small Charity Week campaign, thanks to matched online donations from our supporters, and by a grant from The Price Parry Trust.
We are also grateful for the donations Friends make during the trips themselves. They are never expected, but they help us meet the charity's running costs and keep the range of activities as wide as it is.
