Activity boxes arrive at West Kirby and Greasby libraries

Our Activity Box Loan Scheme lets Friends enjoy dementia friendly activities in the comfort of their own home. Volunteers deliver a box containing reminiscence materials, games, books, photographs and practical activities, then swap it for a fresh one when the time comes.

Now we are trialling something new. Two local libraries, West Kirby and Greasby, will stock our activity boxes. All you have to do is pop along to either library to try one.

Can you help us?

We are always looking for a few more volunteers to help deliver and collect the activity boxes around the local area. Expenses are paid. If you could spare a few hours a month, you would be making a real difference to someone's day.
